SCOTT - Secure Connected Trustable Things
Building Trust in the Internet of Things
Creating trust in wireless solutions and increasing their social acceptance are major challenges to achieve the full potential of the Internet of Things (IoT). Therefore, SCOTT – Secure COnnected Trustable Things, a pan-European effort with 57 key partners from 12 countries (EU and Brazil), will provide comprehensive cost-efficient solutions of wireless, end-to-end secure, trustworthy connectivity and interoperability (Technology Readiness Level 6-7) to bridge the last mile to market implementation. SCOTT will not just deal with ‚things that are connected‘, but with ‚trustable things that securely communicate‘, i.e. things interconnected by dependable wireless technology and valuing the end-users‘ privacy rules.

ERATOSTHENES - IoT Trust and Identity Management Framework
ERATOSTHENES aims to solve critical obstacles considering “Security of Things” as core to the future IoT success. The project envisions to develop a decentralized and contextual Trust and Identity Management Framework for resource-restricted IoT environments following a self-sovereign approach. The project intends to enable the automated lifecycle monitoring of the devices, strengthening trust, identities, and resilience in the entire IoT ecosystem, supporting the enforcement of the NIS directive, GDPR, and Cybersecurity Act

DAIS - Distributed Artificial Intelligence Systems
DAIS – Distributed Artificial Intelligent System, a pan-European effort with 48 partners from 11 countries, aims at creating an intelligence centred heterogeneous distributed edge computing systems and solutions. DAIS approach is to develop intelligent, secure and trustworthy systems for industrial applications to provide comprehensive cost and energy-efficient solutions of intelligent, end-to-end secure, trustworthy connectivity and interoperability to bring the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence together.
